Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with your order details, or contact our support team at lewis.denton-burke@disruptorscyber.com and we will arrange it with Paddle on your behalf.

You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues to the end of the paid period. Unused scan credits purchased within the last 30 days are refundable under the guarantee above. Beyond that window, credits remain valid for 12 months from purchase.

Refunds are also covered by Paddle's Refund Policy, which applies alongside this page. Where the two differ, whichever is more favourable to you applies.
